At Milestones, our passion is working with young people, helping them realize what incredibly gifted individuals they are, and guiding them on their educational journeys to become self-directed, confident learners. We believe a child can get as excited about traditional learning as they do about playing, promising valuable opportunities to experiment, grow and thrive. Every child at Milestones school will have their education accelerated by having their passions set ablaze with guidance and without restriction.

Bringing Milestones philosophies to the little people. We are taking all of our concepts of learning and applying them to a younger age. Our largest emphasis will be on language as these 'pebbles' are geniuses that absorb everything they're given.

Milestones is happy to be joined with Costa Rica Makes me Happy in affiliation The Bag That Builds to help turn the world's plastic problem into a plastic solution. We will be offering orange bags at cost (2$ each) to those interested and providing a place for them to be picked up. Contact Milestones for details.

Milestones is one of the only programs in the region that only uses certified professionals. Our team is experienced, certified educators who are dedicated and passionate to providing the highest quality education to our students.
Small Groups
We provide small class sizes to help your child exceI in their studies. This provides your children with much more one on one support.
Montessori Structured Acedemics
Daily activities include core subjects of English, Math and Science, balanced with life skills consisting of nutrition, gardening, mindfulness and exploratory arts and physical education.
Each Milestone is Different
Where education meets playtime! Our program focuses on helping your child reach important milestones in their development by experiencing different environments. At Milestones we understand that each child is special and have varied learning styles.
Balanced with Life Skills Training
Age groups are blended together for some team activities where younger children get dedicated attention, and older children gain confidence while learning about leadership, responsibility and what it means to follow.
Mindfullness and Physical Training
We take the time with the children's big emotions, how to understand and redirect them. Children need to physically move and be free to clear the mind for overall health and success.
Working with Tamarindo's Best Lunch Options
Our first experience with Martin, the owner of Sub Station, he took such care to make a sandwich it was obvious to us we needed to get to know him. On top of full passion for quality, he was delightful.
One time he told us he couldn't give us the pepperoni because "The pepperoni was a little bit oily, and when it gets like that it often causes heartburn." We asked him then to make a kids menu.
